Colin Lunnon

I am a Structural Landscaper by trade with over 20 years experience in the industry. As a Sub-contractor I have taken on many projects over the years such as building houses, landscaping, plumbing, earthworks, bricklaying, concreting, fencing, paving, erecting retaining walls, decking, roofing, tiling and office work. As a young man I was taught the trade from experienced tradesmen working my way up and eventually owning my own small business. I have had lots of experience in many different projects and can take on any job either as part of a team working beside my team mates or as an individual who can think for myself. Owning my own business has given me a variety of skills such as being able to communicate well with clients to get an understanding of their wants and needs in a project, the organisation of paperwork, book keeping, Organising work schedules, working to budgets and time frames, finding new customers and also meeting monthly targets. I am a hard working, honest and reliable person with great communication skills and very good manners. I believe in keeping the client happy so they want to come back again. In my own business I had many repeat clients as well as recommendations. I am always up for a challenge, and I work well as part of a team or on my own. I can take instructions and deliver them to the best of my ability. I am good with ideas and helping to resolve problems as this is part of everyday life in the landscaping trade.
