Colleen McCullough

Colleen began her journey in the recruiting industry in 1995 and quickly became a Senior Consultant with Marberg Staffing where she placed candidates within the financial services, insurance, investment and legal industry on a permanent, contract and temporary basis. In 1997 she launched CDM & Associates and was successful in supplying the major banks, investment firms, insurance companies and law firms with support staff and management on a permanent, contract and temporary basis. In 2004 she joined forces with McKinnon Management Group where she was introduced to the retail industry. She ran a full cycle desk and honed her skills working with big box, grocery, fashion and retail Clients. In 2007 she launched Elite Executives in Toronto and shortly after that in Montreal QC as well. The focus was mainly on the retail industry with a number of successful retailers that are still Clients today. Elite Executives Canada is a boutique style agency based out of Toronto ON that is successful at placing a variety of positions within the following industries: Construction, Finance, IT, Legal, Luxury Retail, Marketing and Non for Profit.
