With 25+ years dedicated to public health and human service work, I'm proud to say I've made an impact in service to others. With blended and diverse experience across public, non-profit and for-profit sectors, I've seen amazing things achieved through the collective power of people. I am a community engager and mobilizer who gets energized interacting with people, building community capacity, improving community health and being a part of positive social change. I am passionate about transforming healthcare, enhancing our educational system and empowering our teachers, and harnessing the collective energy within communities to improve overall health and well-being. Described by my peers as an innate relationship builder and networker, I thrive on engaging with communities, building the individual, family and community capacity to promote and support healthy living. I believe powerful results comes through leading with transparency, modeling professionalism and executing highly organized, rewards-based strategies for success. My actions consistently support my belief - NOTHING worthwhile is achieved alone- it takes a community!
