I enjoy collaborating with teams across many boundaries to help delve into client problems and solve them with state of the art technology. I focus on results and outcomes by bringing together amazing teams from across the business while being guided by insights from our management consulting partners. I have had the pleasure of many technical, business and executive roles throughout my career which have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully execute on strategy - start with the end in mind - place the client at the centre - biased for action I can align, lead and grow teams - I am very intimate with the stages of team formation - The buck stops with me - I converse in tech, strategy, finance and exec - I am a servant leader I drive myself to be better than I was yesterday - I stack learning credentials based on curiosity - I’m constantly learning and always evolving - My decision making is laser focused and high quality (backed by numbers and empirical evidence) - I test my learning by constantly educating those around me I speak at events, webinars particular around exponential organisations, digital transformation and future trends in technology. As a Vodafone Innovator, I also enjoy facilitating design thinking workshops. This helps me interact with a diverse range of people - I particularly enjoy establishing new relationships. In my spare time, I teach electronics, coding, robotics and technology to disadvantaged kids to hopefully spark a maker renaissance. I have delivered Arduino courses at a community school as part of their adult education programme.
