Connor Hutchinson

Hey, I’m Connor. I help design sales data software for Capital Group, one of the world’s largest investment management companies. I'm an empathetic listener, skillful communicator, and all-in teammate. My professional interests are UX research, product management, investing in rental property, and e-commerce. I'm experienced in using design thinking techniques to understand customer jobs-to-be-done so that we solve the RIGHT problem with the RIGHT solution. I interview customers, facilitate workshops, create process flows, write user stories, wireframe, and present solutions. I have certifications in design thinking and product management. In addition to my PM role, I manage two rental homes and own an Amazon FBA product that cleans jetted bathtubs. I love to compete and have fun.
