Conor Miley

I’m a technology leader with experience across multiple languages, platforms and teams. I've help teams grow and add real business value by looking at technical strategy and innovation, product delivery, software practices & tooling, DevOps strategy, coaching and mentoring. In my current role, I’ve helped grow amaysim's engineering team from 15 to 60+ people and built a software development centre in Manila from the ground up, all whilst fostering a culture of innovation & delivering technical architecture and solutions to support adding multiple new businesses to the amaysim brand. I’ve been a key driver in pioneering & evangelising the adoption of new technologies, tools and delivery methods across the organisation including the adoption of AWS Cloud services, Serverless technologies and moving towards an Event-Driven Architecture. All of this has greatly helped us move faster and accelerate the delivery of new businesses, products and features.
