Supervise and coordinate:• The legal immigration services program of Catholic Charities; • The response to and involvement with USCCB Migration and Refugee services;• Coordinate, supervise and provide support to the BIA accredited representatives and volunteer attorneys.• Coordinate Catholic Charities services for new immigrants in special circumstances, including but not limited to Unaccompanied Minors (UAC)• Train and supervise (per task) staff who provide home studies for unaccompanied minors placement and recommendation• Develop and implement the immigration program policies and procedures.• Determine staffing requirements, interviewing, hire and train new employees and volunteers BIA Partial Accredited Representative• Assist clients with their immigration applications; Explanation of immigration forms to prospect clients; Selection of supporting documentation.• Revision and completion of applications for Citizenship and Naturalization, Family-Base Petitions and other immigration forms. Competition and filing forms to the US Center of Immigration Services.• Organize and implement workshops for large groups to providing assistance with Community Information Sessions for the preparation of immigration benefits Director of the Centro para Familias HispanasCatholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh - Raleigh , NCDevelop and implement services of information, referral and casework management to Hispanic families in need.Work in collaboration of the Community College to implement ESL, Computer, GED, and other classes foradult immigrants.Oversee the counseling, parenting classes, case management and immigration services.
