I strive to provide excellent support experiences by resolving critical technical issues with strategy and character. As a disaster recovery support engineer, anything could be waiting for me on the other end when the phone rings. It takes a self-motivated individual to take those calls as they come, explore all resources, solve the problem, and learn something new in the process. It is a humbling privilege to be surrounded by such bright & inspiring folks in this ever-expanding field. I enjoy leaning on my peers every once in a while to really rack their brains and gain perspective.
