I am a psychotherapist, under supervision, specialized in the Person Centered Approach and I work with adults who are experiencing changes in their lives and are struggling with them. I also work with perfectionists and with people who feel like they are not getting anywhere in their relationships. I help them see that they are good enough and strong enough to get through the challenges of their lives. I strongly believe that everyone is able to build and create their desired life an relationships, even in a difficult life context. I create a safe, non judgemental space where my clients can feel respected and accepted, safe and comfortable to explore themselves.
