My curiosity, passion, and commitment led me to where and who I am today. Specialising in analytics, ticketing, database administration and customer service, I love supporting arts organisations to make data-driven customer experience, revenue management, and audience engagement decisions. Currently, at The Wheeler Centre, I greatly enjoy expanding the organisation's use of the Tessitura CRM system. Improving the data analysis and reporting standards is leading to increased data-driven decisions across the organisation. I was lucky enough to join the Centre at a time of great change as Melbourne began reopening. This has allowed us to see opportunities for improvement in audience engagement and their experience with us. Having worked across multiple arts organisations in Australia and New Zealand in customer service and CRM management, I’ve seen the landscape change and evolve in countless ways. Outside of the office, I love to read books, both fiction and non-fiction, I’m becoming increasingly obsessed with my garden and veggie patch, and one day I’ll finish my novel.
