This includes possessing the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with responsibility over offices that span across Western Canada. As a Senior Business Partner, lead and support clients in the areas of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Analytics, Investigations, Recruitment and Selection Expertise include: knowledge of labor practices (both provincial and federal), generating employee relations policies/procedures, compiling HR metrics, training development, co-leading the development and implementation of an HRIS system. I am able to utilize my passion for the field of Human Resources through instructing the complete Diploma In Business Program including courses such as Total Compensation, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee and Labor Relations, Staffing and Training Learning and Development.
