Craig Berrier

Craig Berrier is a Safety professional with more than 30 years of experience between both Construction and General Industry. Craig’s years of experience and education has honed his skills resulting in becoming a professional and respected leader in Safety within the local community. His specialty is in multi-facility organizations, where he uses his expertise to build Best in Class safety cultures. He possesses a mix of education and experience that make him uniquely qualified as a subject matter expert in Safety and Risk Control. His strengths include a broad range of technical expertise, policy and procedures, operations, project safety engineering, root cause analysis, workers' compensation, and administrative practices. During his tenure with three Fortune 500 employers and a well-known Construction Management Company, Mr. Berrier has been instrumental in integrating safety into all aspects and layers within an organization and effectively building collaborative partnerships with leaders from cross-functional levels. Craig Berrier has proudly earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Safety Engineering while working full time and raising a family. He is an Instructor for the OSHA 501 General Industry Outreach program, OSHA 500 Construction Industry Outreach program and is a Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001. As a master trainer, Craig is able to assess the needs of companies, develop and implement procedures and the training for all of their needs meeting all compliance requirements. In 2007, he was appointed to the Safety Advisory Board at LCTI (Lehigh Career & Technical Institute, Schnecksville, PA) which he continues to serve on as the Chairman. Craig currently works full time for Alvin H. Butz. Inc. And under his leadership aims to influence the Safety Culture, one project at a time.
