Craig Butkovic

I manage a team of security professionals dedicated to serving the ever-growing needs of a major cancer care center, serving customers from a diverse national population. Ever mindful of the need to provide exceptional customer service, I and my team also provide an array of services in site security, facility safety and emergency response. Coupling my security experience with over 20 years of law enforcement service, I have gained the needed expertise to effectively operate in a corporate security environment. Each position and assignment has opened doors for me to deliver best-in-class service focusing on immediate as well as long term business needs. In the public sector, that translated to establishing first ever relationships with school administrators and working with them to develop robust risk reduction strategies for their facilities. In the areas of public sector contract policing, services were developed to promote smart business practices in the retail liquor sector, which added substantially to the quality of life for many community residents. In special operations activities, work included managing team schedules, creating sound expenditure and funding request procedures, and cutting operational spending where appropriate. Throughout my career, I have successfully answered the demands of my positions by leveraging real-world experience with professional high level training and education. Selected training includes healthcare security and safety, asset protection, threat mitigation, crisis management, active shooter response, incident command and corporate investigations.
