I began my career as a recruiter six years ago after making the difficult decision to leave law school. I was fast tracked from the beginning with an enormous amount of responsibility to grow a Microsoft staffing operation as the sole Recruiter. I thrive in team oriented environments and am passionate about creating the ideal pairing between candidate and client. * I am currently a Senior Recruiter at Hansell Tierney. I excel at developing and implementing sourcing and delivery strategies founded upon a detailed understanding of client and industry needs. I carry the same philosophies in my professional life as I do in my personal life; building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships are the core of what I do and who I am. * In my free time you can find me hiking, camping, skiing, adoring my Husband, Son, and Chocolate Lab Boomer.
