* Direct the troubleshooting, repair, install and maintenance of on sight ammonia refrigeration systems. Direct the troubleshooting, repair of AC/DC motors, drives and electrical systems. Day to day direction of troubleshooting, maintenance and repair to all Boiler and Refrigeration systems. Observe and test system operations using gauges and instruments. Test lines, components and connections for leaks. Keep records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions. Directs the mounting of compressors, motors, condensers, and other components in specified locations. Adjusts or replaces worn or defective mechanisms and parts. Adjust valves, perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming. Able to read blueprints of the Refrigeration and Boiler system. Understanding of OSHA requirements of PSM, RMP and be able to maintain/improve the current systems to include the record keeping and knowledge of SAP & APSM.
