Since graduating from Texas A&M University in May, 1999, I have focused my career on one driving principle, to always deliver an innovative product with exceptional quality while never compromising my beliefs or positive work ethic. I work daily, not only to provide for my family, but to excel and do the best with the abilities I have been given. I excel in coming into situations with little knowledge and guidance and adapting to the situation I have been placed into, while also bringing in my previous work experience to help bring efficiency to the role I am performing. I do not believe it is sufficient to simply “clock into work” and then go home. It is important to understand the role and the roles of those I am leading. It is important as a leader to roll up my sleeves and build credibility by not just leading from afar, but leading from within. With over 20 years of experience in outsourcing, I have built a career with the customer focus in mind. 15 years have been spent in IT supporting over 30 clients and their IT systems integration needs. Regardless of the environment, I have placed my customers and their needs first while ensuring my team and I are providing a quality product, on time, within requirements, and at the lowest achievable cost. This comes from an attention to detail, building a relationship with my customer base, whether internal or external, and ensuring I know the product/service I am managing. At the end of the day, my work, and the work of my team, speaks for itself, displaying a product/service that is not only represented by quality and exceeding our clients expectations, but in all senses, brings glory and honor to God, first and foremost.
