I enjoy trouble shooting various computer issues using my years of experience and passion for technology. Solved an IT problem that was affecting a point of sale kiosk that was out of commission for two weeks resulting in the kiosk being immediately restored. Set up a brand new security system for Aubuchon Hardware. Identified various blind spots and fixed them. Reset passwords and cleared locked jobs at Emerson Hospital.
