My passion is leading through Education. I like to empower others to believe in themselves by teaching them the fundamentals of a job. What sets me apart is the determination that I have to get things done efficiently, and also having compassion for the ones I lead. I also have over 15 years of professional work experience in management, customer service, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning in positions.I have Successfully managed up to 25 employees and advanced half of them to Leadership.A few things that I have a strong background are : Regularly review demand requirements and place purchase orders with designated suppliers Resolve accounting issues involving price or count discrepancies Regularly communicate supplier issues to other team members within the group (on-time delivery, quality, etc.) Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals and provide innovative solution to meet organizational needs Consistent high-performer with strategic vision; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
