I am a software developer, currently specializing in the app development space. For the last year and a half I have been developing web apps. Using mainly Angular and Kotlin to create high-performing applications. I'm currently employed as a Full Stack Developer at Vizient. I'm hands on in all stages of the development cycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment. With a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion. Everyday is something different; my tasks may involve integrating new technologies, de-bugging, brainstorming on new features, improving legacy code bases or sometimes even pairing with QEs and testing! I am also involved in the LaunchCode program, where I facilitate cohorts of students as a TA. Taking them from their first "Hello World" all the way through the app development process in an accelerated 20 week full stack bootcamp. After those 20 weeks, I then spend 8 weeks acting as a PO while they build capstone projects. One thing I really enjoy about software development is the ability to solve real world problems, and to create meaningful change in the world. The ability to give tools to empower those around me, and enrich the lives of others brings me considerable satisfaction I also enjoy the opportunity to work with such a diverse range of people, with a wide array of disciplines and skill-sets.
