In my role as a Category Leader, I develop procurement strategies, identify efficiencies, and lead negotiations. Since the acquisition of ADT by TELUS, I drove integration activities of its products and services offerings and vendor relationships. Today, TELUS is the leading national provider of security and automation solutions serving residential and business customers. My career trajectory led me to this role; having spent my career in different supply chain nodes within the technology sector, and almost half of that time in procuring security products or components. Within that time, I spearheaded numerous effective global sourcing and cost reduction programs. I navigated through ERP implementations, global market shortages, facility relocations, acquisitions, and mergers. These experiences, along with my education, enable me to excel in my role.
