JCO Environmental Services March 2019-Present Asst Chief Operator at the City of Middletown WWTP Currently hold a NY Grade 3A Wastewater Certification, Grade 2A, B, C and D Water Certification, Grade 3 Collection System Certification and Class A drivers licence. Currently serving on the NYWEA Board of Directors as the Operations Committee Chair for the Lower Hudson Chapter. Regional Representative for NYWARN Region 2 VRI Environmental June 2013-March 2019 Mannaged water and wastewater facilities in Orange, Dutchess and Putnam Counties. Severn Trent 1991-2013. Started in the construction and heavy equipment operations division repairing water mains and water service lines. Installed new sewer mains at various systems. 93-98 started operating water and Wastewater Treatment plants. 98-03 Promoted to Area manager for the Putnam and Westchester area, mainly in the NYCDEP watershed. 03-08 Was Chief Operator at the City of Newburgh WWTP and CSO program. 08-13 Promoted to Senior Area Manager overseeing maintenace and operation for the NY region. Responsibilities included manageing and over site of all personnel (50+), safety training, operations, maintenace, sample tracking & compliance, financials, payroll, Code of Conduct adhereance and new busniess opportunities for the New York territory. Worked in the construction & excavation field from 1983 til 1991.
