My professional work experience and expertise, has been gained since 2003 in the Recruitment-sector, International Sales, and Copywriting. I started my Education Recruitment career in 2006. From then, I have risen from being a Trainee Consultant, to being a Senior Leader for some of the UK's most prominent Education Recruitment brands. From late 2020 to Present, I have used the culmination of my learning and market knowledge, as the Founder of Education Recruitment company R4EUK Ltd - www.r4euk.co.uk I uniquely utilise for my business, one of the largest UK Education-sector specific, LinkedIn connection-bases in the World (currently at around 22,000). A bold claim perhaps, but one I feel is accurate, based on the great amount of time I have spent interacting and networking with connections in this sector since 2006 - LinkedIn is used by R4EUK as its main source of candidates, many of whom are not overtly applying for jobs. This means that the business is able to offer schools a product, which / whom is not readily available elsewhere. By virtue of handpicking candidate specialisms, the latter method of sourcing them, results in the continued placement of staffing into high-value, temporary and permanent placements. Working as a Volunteer School Governor in my spare-time, I have consciously taken on this role, so that I can continue to absorb learning from the constantly evolving world of Education. As well as gaining further insight into Finance, HR, Procurement and Compliance.
