Damaso Rodriguez, PMP

“If you can dream and not make dreams your master If you can think and not make thoughts your aim… Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it.” –Rudyard Kipling Damaso is part of Deloitte's Integrity Services team's Master Data Operations of the Integrity Master Data Management (MDM) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) Office of Business Informatics (OBI). In this role, he focuses on the day-to-day data management services, including analysis of inbound submissions and entry of pharmaceutical products, facilities, and company master data in the Integrity database, as well as validation of Integrity data as it flows into downstream systems. Damaso contributes to Integrity Service's adherence to Service Level Agreement based on FDA Receipt Dates for ANDA, NDA, BLA, and IND applications in accordance with congressional mandate by timely and accurately processing tasks on incoming submissions and products, including those concerning SARS-COV-2/COVID-19. In this capacity, Damaso's work and performance supports Integrity Service's mission for the FDA's ability to conduct its drug review research processes accurately and on schedule, which ultimately enables pharmaceutical products, such as drugs, treatments, and medicines to reach patients in need. In his previous role, Damaso was a Senior Account Manager (2015-2019) at MAXIMUS, a provider of business process services to government health and human services agencies, for the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work Program. He was awarded Most Valuable Professional in June 2018 for "embracing the concept of team, superior effort, and dedication to deliver excellence" which included creating a database for tracking and reporting organizations' development. As part of his personal and professional development, Damaso earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in May 2019.
