I must demonstrate that I understood their needs, provide creative solutions, and deliver the best option available.• Relationships with people lead to sales with customers.Leadership:• I strive to recognize the behaviors and results that strengthen our organization.• Holding high expectations; I establish these expectations early and often.• I endeavor to communicate a vision and engage my team in its pursuit.• Coaching, equipping and training are some of my most significant and rewarding behaviors.Systems:• Though potentially dull to some, process/systems maintain consistency.• Order and stability keep me and my team from perpetual “fire drills”.• Systems establish efficiency.• When efficiency surrounds me, I can spend more of my time developing people, creating vision, executing on strategy, and converting opportunities.When these components are in sync, I can be the most effective for my team and for my organization.
