Dana Caputo

My name is Dana Caputo-Varkel, Rhyme Dana with Banana, Dana Banana! Born and raised in Connecticut, True fact Connecticut has the most trees per square foot! I moved to sunny California in 1984 to escape the cold. California has the sunniest days per year. I am blessed to have lived in Connecticut and now beautiful California. I went to California State University Fullerton where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing. During my professional career; I have always been in Outside Sales. Selling consumer products in Orange and San Diego Counties. There has always been a professional synergy between my occupation and my husband, Ernie. Ernie has both an Electrical and General Contractor’s license, both of us owning and operating a lighting showroom, and now me obtaining a Real Estate license. Just this year, I decided to go full-time into Real Estate. I am eager and excited to start the next chapter in my life. I am so fortunate to have found a career that gives me the chance to make others' dreams come true. I am committed to helping buyers find a home they love and provide guidance on the offer, escrow, and closing. I am also dedicated to helping sellers sell their homes for the best price and to meet their overall goals. There is nothing more rewarding to hear “Your offer has been accepted” because I know I have just accomplished two goals; helping a seller sell their home and a buyer buy their home. During my personal time, I enjoy toiling in my garden, hiking, motorcycle riding, DIY Shows, Animals, and of course friends and family.
