Customer service and administrative professional with over 10 years’ experience in service, safety and leadership. Having worked as Cabin Crew for over 10 years, working my way through the ranks to Onboard Senior, I have mastered a unique, professional, and highly satisfying customer service approach - placing the customer at the heart of everything I do - tailored to any client from holidaymakers to celebrities (and I have served both). I firmly believe in championing the customer experience, frequently providing feedback to the airline as to how the experience could be improved, based on their feedback and my observations of customer reactions. My diligence, drive, and ability to work flexibly, I believe also qualifies me for this role. I am driven to pursue continued professional development - always looking to expand my knowledge and skill set from taking additional courses in premium customer service and disability awareness to topping up my industry knowledge to drive revenue. Most recently this has included courses in Business Administration, IT Skills and Team Management Techniques.
