I have been working in data for over almost 10 years now. I love data - it's one of my favorite things to geek out on. I quickly realized that data was going to be the key to unlocking insights and opportunities in the world. The way it can be used to build insights, to identify opportunities and to protect businesses from financial risks is really inspiring and hopeful. The way I like to be seen by others is as a servant leader. I try to be a bridge between the technical and commercials teams. I find it important to respond on the needs of the team, actively resolve issues, and help my team realize how each person’s role contributes to a larger picture. I also believe in creating a safe environment for employees to grow and allow for risks to be taken with growth and development of team members in mind. I see myself as an enabler and try to stay tech savy and follow the latest trends so that I can proactively respond on market trends before we as a company are forced to react. In my free time I like to take photographs and try to find some time to exercise (although this is often easier said than done). My wife and kids (and other family and friends off course) are an important part of my live and spending time with them gives energy and charge my battery for the new week. If there is any time left, which is very rare, I try to find some time for a good book, series/movie or play video games.
