WHAT IS CADENCE INTERNATIONAL? An evangelical mission agency dedicated to reaching the military communities of the United States and of the world with the good news of Jesus Christ. Founded in 1954, Cadence continues to minister out of its mission to share the gospel and our lives with the military community. More than 200 Cadence missionaries serve all branches of the U.S. Military at more than 50 locations worldwide, supporting military personnel and their families. WHAT DO WE DO? • We share the gospel and our lives by opening our home to military men and women and their dependents. (1 Thess 2:8) • We offer Bible studies and fellowship activities. • We disciple and counsel. • We work alongside military chaplains, teaching classes and leading seminars, as requested. • We expose people to world missions. HOSPITALITY HOUSE MINISTRY A hospitality house is a home away from home and more. This means we offer our home to service members as a place to belong and a family to have. Throughout each week, our family provides the context for meaningful relationships to grow: home-cooked meals, relaxing atmosphere, lots of laughter, Bible studies, small groups, service opportunities, and so much more. We aim to follow Jesus and help others follow Jesus. ABOUT DANIEL & CHARLOTTE Our lives were radically changed by Jesus Christ at young ages and He has proven faithful, over and over again. God allowed us to meet in high school, and we have been a team for Christ since 2001. God has abundantly blessed us with eight incredible children, who also have a heart for serving the military community for Christ. God has been preparing our family for ministry through serving in churches and chapels wherever we were stationed. God has also provided endurance for Daniel to earn his Master of Divinity and for Charlotte as she finishes her Christian counseling degree. Daniel has served in the Army since 1996, as an enlisted soldier in various fields and as an Armor and Cavalry officer. We have lived in 11 different duty stations, endured two deployments, in addition to countless separations for training and military missions. We believe that God has equipped our family to understand the unique challenges military families face as they serve our country. Cadence International has blessed our own journey as a military family throughout Daniel’s military career. It is such a privilege to carry on the amazing legacy of this ministry as we seek to serve Christ by sharing the gospel and our lives with the military community. To God be the glory.
