I worked in quality control/fraud prevention and new hire training for my former company. I analyzed company trends and created training opportunities for employees to understand concepts and ideas. I worked for a financial institute monitoring employees and finding trends within the company to help improve the overall experience of the customer. I am also creating new programs and exercises for new hires, as I train them hands on to help then grasp our concepts and big ideas. Colleagues know me as a highly creative and eager person who is willing to try new approaches and help the company achieve its goal. I spend time understanding and analyzing trends to help combat issues and create solutions. I work best collaborating with others and grasping the culture of the company.
