Ever since I began working during high school, I have always been in the service industry. There is something to be said to go and do everything that you can to put a smile on people's faces. Whether you go beyond what is expected or help solve a problem (no matter how small), it is truly a great feeling. With that innate desire to help others achieve their goals, it has taken me through various roles and institutions, some as an individual contributor and other times as a leader/manager of people. However, through all the roles, the end result has always been the same, "What can I do to help you?". It is not about products and it is definitely not about selling, it is about relationship building, understanding, and listening. "What do you want to achieve and how can we get you there". When done right, it is amazing how much you can truly accomplish. I have been in the Finance & Banking Industry since 2006; currently in the St. Louis/St. Charles market. Through the years I have received various awards on various levels, from branch to market to company wide recognition; individual and team level. Also, in 2015, I was voted as one of the Top Small Business Bankers in St. Louis by the Small Business Monthly. My background includes experience with business lending, equipment leasing, treasury services, commercial structuring, retail banking/branch management, and investments/insurance.
