Passionate about building youth resilience and a more trauma informed society. I've had the most incredible opportunity to work with youth across the country in promoting healthy mind, body and spirit. Currently, shifting gears to have a broader impact! As a Software Engineer I aspire to put relevant resources in the hands of helping professionals. Recent Community Impact: Guest lecturer at Washington County Community College's Outdoor Leadership: Adventure Therapy program. Event organizer for Strong Hearts community fundraiser. Part of the North Tahoe - Truckee ACE Aware leadership team for planning a bilateral platform with Tahoe Forest Hospital and local providers that better coordinates ACE screening and treatment. Part of the North Tahoe - Truckee Behavioral Health Leadership team convened during the early onset of the pandemic to keep a pulse on youth mental health and share resources to meet the needs arising. Presented our ongoing efforts to build youth resilience and updated the Nevada County Mental Health and Substance Use Advisory Board on local high risk youth responses to shelter in place orders.
