It is my professional objective to exploit the opportunity to contribute my previous experience gained on executive management level (management, family office, business succession, etc.) in a growth and profit focused fashion.Being familiar with the international real estate transfer business through collaboration with respective clients and project teams, I have achieved extensive experience as property owner and / or investor representative, consultant, project manager as well as developer during my professional career. With 20 years of professional expertise and 13 years real estate experience, I have a profound understanding of the value chain, the various sectors of the real estate market and its development. Additionally, I achieved a sound knowledge of co-creation processes in value gaining and retention along the various asset categories.As client and investor representative I held a managing position, leading various interdisciplinary project teams with project volumes ranging from 2 to 250 million € and an overall construction volume entrusted and managed amounting to approximately 1 billion €. During several years in the position of senior consultant the following areas were covered; project management, including setting up and organizing the department, construction monitoring, steering, and implementing CAPEX and OPEX measures.As member of the board at Baumonitoring e.V. it lies within the scope of my activities to regularly share up-to-date information and expertise to meet the constantly growing demand and changes in real estate. Furthermore, I am committed to adapt advanced digital solutions for the real estate industry.
