A highly motivated and hard working individual who works extremely well as part of a team. Ambitious and wanting to improve career prospects and personal qualities with a view to go into HR, maintaining a positive and professional manner towards work at all times. Excellent communication and customer service skills, working well under pressure. Currently studying my CIPD Level 3 in People Practice, and have vast amounts of administration experience. I am also a fast learner and can adapt where needed due to an array of transferable skills acquired through Continued Professional Development. I am a very conscientious, driven, organised, friendly and hard working individual that takes pride in my work, and is always seeking to go above and beyond to achieve the most effective outcomes possible. I am very self aware, however, and do make sure that high levels of self care are carried out around work so that I can deliver the best version of myself, and I have a wealth of transferable skills that has been obtained through life experience and a passion for helping others.
