I’m an agile product leader with a track record of building transformational digital products. I have 15 years’ experience of leading teams to define and implement digital strategies, bringing together business and technical teams to focus on customer needs and delivering commercially viable and innovative digital products that meet them. I’ve run a digital transformation programme for a global business and delivered products from inception to launch - from a data subscription service for social workers to a business intelligence platform; from a matchmaking tool for buyers and sellers to a messaging app for event attendees. I thrive in complex and challenging business environments where I am tasked with delivering measurable digital revenue growth and transformational products and features. I’m a results-driven and people-centric manager with extensive experience in leading, coaching and motivating agile product and development teams.
