I’ve worn many hats throughout my career, both technical and functional, spanning program management, systems engineering and integration, and troubleshooting. My ability to simultaneously develop products and teams secured my rapid promotion from engineering to program management in a matter of 2 years. Within that timeframe, I single handedly transformed a declining relationship with a major customer into a lucrative partnership enabling business expansion into 2 R&D facilities. Within 3 months, I saved a major government program from shutting down their overseas operations. I thrive on motivating, mobilizing, and modernizing cross-functional teams with a clear vision and transparent, collaborative leadership style. I enjoy getting my hands dirty and my feet wet, always finding creative ways to streamline processes and solve problems.
