I structure teams for success and coach managers. I prioritise workloads and coach departmental heads. I architect complex applications and data solutions and coach architects. I am highly commercial, with a focus on delivering business value and results over technology for its own sake. I've founded companies, imagined innovative solutions and products, built them myself and raised funding to get them built, and sold them into clients including Apple, the British Government and Coca Cola for multiple millions. I'm both an exec and non-exec board member. I'm entrepreneurial and trusted to advise and deliver. I’m straight talking with the ability to communicate and build relationships and at all levels.
