Skill Profile Team Work I am hard working and a good team player. I have had experience in both leading a team and being part of a team. Working in the surveying industry I regularly work in teams on site which can be made up of contractors, clients and fellow staff members. Communication I am confident and clear when delivering information to my peers. I also on occasion have to talk to clients on site about how the surveying will be undertaken. I regularly have to give COSS briefings and due to the nature of the information being delivered my communication skills have to be of a high standard. I.T. Skills I can create professional presentations, use Spread Sheets and Microsoft Word programme competently. I am also able to use AutoCAD to produce and check surveys. I can also use survey specific programs such as SCC and LSS to run off site data and produce cross sections and surveys. I have a basic understanding of Trimble Realworks and can register laser scanning data and coordinate it. I am looking to build my skills with this. Surveying Skills I have experience in using Total Stations, Laser Scanners, levelling equipment and GPS systems for Topographical Surveys. I have used both Trimble (S6, S8) and Leica Total stations (TS15, TPS1200+) and appreciate the different advantages both types of total station offer on site. I have used GPS systems for gaining co-ordinates to put the surveys onto a specified grid (Ordance Survey, Snakegrid ect.) I have used laser scanners on site to provide detail structural/building surveys. I can take the raw data collected on site to produce detail drawings, 3D models or level data which the client requires.
