Daniel is the Head of Segmentation for customers planning for and in retirement within Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group. He is responsible for defining and delivering personalised propositions and services focused on helping customers better manage, grow and utilise their savings, investments and pensions. Prior to his move to the UK ten years ago, Daniel was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank in Australia where he managed the financial and general business operations of Macquarie Wealth Management. Daniel’s career has been predominately in the financial planning and investment industries and has covered all aspects of the customer and business lifecycle with a focus on digital transformation and providing customers with valued service propositions.
