Daniela Gamboa Vielma

I’m a lawyer graduated from Andrés Bello Catholic University (Caracas, Venezuela). Currently, I'm developing my professional career in the Corporate Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering) area at the Baker Mckenzie Buenos Aires Center. I also hold an International Certification in Ethics and Compliance granted by the International Federation of Compliance Associations. In 2022, I completed an Educational Program in Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies at the University Torcuato Di Tella. I hold a diploma in Legal Translation granted by the Venezuelan Central University (2016), as well as a certificate in Business and Leadership obtained at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Administration (IESA). In addition, I've developed almost 10 years of expertise working in different areas such as financial services, legal Firms and non-durable consumer goods industry, showing great performance in transnational companies like Baker Mckenzie, American International Group Venezuela and Pepsico. I have developed part of my professional career in Corporate Law, specifically in Compliance & Ethics, Business, Commercial Contracts, as well as in Legal Translation. I'm a creative, fast learner, team player, and result-oriented professional, eager to learn new processes and provide handful and interesting insights, always looking to keep myself updated in different legal and business fields, as well as improving my analytical and organizational skills, focusing on quality work and showing a great ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
