Reporting to the Global Network Manager I am responsible for network services as LAN, Wireless and WANs and to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and wireless network services. In addition, managing outsourcing vendors to deliver installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. Supporting on Architects roadmap strategies for new technologies, being a key decision maker in the decision to implement or not into Operations. My main operational responsibilities are: -Analyzing and reviewing network hardware and software capacity matters to make sure services are delivery with performance, reliability and quality expected. -Advanced knowledge of handling problems or requests using established procedures. -Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network solutions. -Ability to contribute troubleshoot in advanced problems and effectively utilize available resources to resolve problems. -Established relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure customer support process and satisfaction remains at a high level for the entire group. -Established relationships with other IT staff to ensure good working conditions and establish common goals. Must have the ability to assist, lead, and/or coordinate cross departmental projects and trouble calls. -Develop internal procedures and/or policies to help ensure a good workflow within the Project Team. Must be able to assist other administrators with policy implementation and questions.
