I have ten years of professional experience with the same company fostering relationships with my employees and peers. I am looking forward to utilizing my degree in journalism and public relations. I have also implemented creative and assertive strategies and decision-making skills to increase company profitability and success. I believe in leading by example to engage and encourage my employees and peers in daily operations. I exercise fairness and neutrality to solve both customer and employee conflicts by fact gathering and determining the most reasoned, rational outcome for all parties. I have been in management and operations for nine years, and through my experience as a manager I have learned leadership, communication skills, and the ability to plan ahead and develop creative solutions to problems. I direct and oversee up to 20 employees each day by providing guidance, motivation and constructive criticism. I oversee store operations, analyze store operating statements and consult with other head store managers.
