Danielle Thomas

​I am a very goal and metrics driven leader, I love sharing my passion through training and development with new leaders and my team. I am an expert in all things retail management, having held roles in Service and Engagement, Specialty Sales, General Merchandise, Remodel. My favorite thing about my roles within retail is the ability to use my passion for development and growth both towards my diverse rolls and to develop well-rounded and passionate teams. I create successful teams through providing clear expectations, validation, and recognition along the way.I have been a district trainer for Target, helping to shape, grow, and promote talent across multiple stores. I have extensive project management experience having led a total store remodel with Target in 2019 and multiple rollouts of new operating procedures and multiple inner-store projects aimed at improving daily and long-term operations based both on teams' feedback and anticipating future business needs. I love to challenge myself and I am always looking for ways to grow and expand my career.
