Danielle is an Audit Partner in the Calgary KPMG office with over 14 years of experience providing financial statement audits and audits of internal control. Danielle has extensive audit experience serving clients involved in the oil and gas, energy midstream and utilities segments. Danielle’s audit experience ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, large and small privately held entities and subsidiaries of international public clients. Specialties include: Broad knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting matters, financial statement audits, SEC rules and regulations, as well as internal controls and management reporting systems (design, implementation and evaluation).
