I currently provide advice on all areas of UK residential property transactions for domestic and international clients, including banks, developers, companies and high net worth individuals. I advise investors on acquisitions of prime London properties for their investment portfolios as well as on disposals and other aspects of property transactions. I also advise private banks with regard to secured lending and property financing transactions and developers in sales of multiple plots. I have some experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration and, in addition to my English qualifications, I am a fully qualified Russian lawyer and worked as an advocate in Russia. As part of my practice in Russia, I advised on corporate and company law matters, including share acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructuring and liquidations and provided support for public and private offerings of securities and investment deals. I represented clients in courts of all levels on a variety of civil matters.
