Overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, institutional and retail projects for public and private-sector clients. 16+ Years of experience as a General Contractor and another 3 Years as a Subcontractor. Experience includes acting as site superintendent and project manager for out of state retail construction. Projects that include extensive HVAC improvements, asbestos abatements, concrete tilt-up construction, and multiple tenant improvement projects with both occupied and unoccupied spaces. Clients include but not limited to JC Penney, Seattle University, Kent School District, Kohl’s Department Stores, City of Seattle, AT&T, and Cedar Grove. As an estimator/project manager for a local interior finishing contractor, I worked with General Contractors including Howard S Wright, Foushee, Sellen, Lease Crutcher Lewis and other major general contractors in the Puget Sound Area.
