I consider myself as an over achiever and an endeavor in everything that I do. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Service-Now, Active Directory, Mainframe, and etc. I am a strong professional that has completed an Associate's Degree in Social Behavior Science from Citrus College and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University. Through out my experience I have participated in the following: IT Technical Support, Customer Service Support using various platforms: email, phone, live chat, social media- Meta Business Suite, Bazzaarvoice and etc. My strong organizational skills, have allowed me to work in a fast pace environment and be a great leader. I have the ability to meet or exceed service expectations and I am Bilingual (English/Spanish).
