I am an adaptable and results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in multiple roles, organisations and countries (e.g. Australia, USA, Germany, Austria) across research, healthcare, medical devices, regulatory approval and business. I have a proven ability to drive success and optimisation in end-to-end project management, synthesizing effective people management with technical skills, e.g. Navigating CE Mark for regulatory approval of medical products. I bring knowledge and capability to develop business plans, sales forecasts and budgets, fuelling the production of next-generation technologies under strict timelines, including projects split among Australia, Germany and Austria. Additionally, I show strong expertise in developing IP, and currently hold two patents in the medical device field. With a demonstrated aptitude for building good rapport and working relationships with international, multi-disciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders, I am known for driving solution-based discussions and collaborations. For example, I led the EU-funded ‘ACTION’ program with seven organisations from four countries. I have well-rounded skills in communication, time management and attention to detail, enabling consistent achievement of broader organisation goals and strategic direction, leading to several successive promotions at MED-EL.
