I've developed myself in my current Sales Role and I'm now an Expert in my field, I'm consistent in hitting my KPI's and am capable of transferring my skills to different campaigns. I regularly step up in my managers absence, drive team performance, deliver coaching & feedback sessions and build & deliver workshops. I collaborate with others to get the best out of people and love to see people succeed and hard work pay off. To help develop myself I've completed Communication, Presentation & Conflict Resolution courses, all of which have given me the Skills needed to communicate better with others, control a room and recognise "little niggles" before they become bigger issues.
