Focus on HCM, Payroll Consulting, project management, payroll audits, C-level relationship building, CRM ( Salesforce.com, Siebel), change management (e.g. acquisitions, spinoffs, 401k plans) as well as data conversion, including historical imports for jobs, salary, and actual pay check history. I also enjoy helping clients with ad hoc reporting, 3rd party integration with APIs, and payroll processing.
