Dave Binney

Dave began his real estate career 25 years ago at CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc., after graduating from the University of Arizona. In January of 1995, Dave left CB Commercial to help found Cypress Retail Group with partners Scott Manclark, Bob Haas and Bob Walsh. For the past 20 years, Dave has focused exclusively in retail real estate and has represented a wide variety of local and national retailers/restaurants throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, and worked with some of the most recognizable Landlords and Developers in the industry. Dave is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and X-Team International, a network of 35 Boutique Retail Brokerage offices across the country.
